Dans le cadre de l'organisation des Jeux Olympiques 2024 à Paris, j'ai apporté du renfort aux équipes d'Accompagnement Client et d'Information Voyageurs chez SNCF Connect en m'assurant de la bonne mise en oeuvre des projets et en améliorant le suivi de résolution des anomalies et irritants.

This 5 months internship as Product Owner / UX Manager allowed me to realize several missions:

• Understanding of customers and personas,

• Improved customer experience,

• SAV,

• Realization of UX / UI models,

• Realization of prototypes,

• Motion design,

• Creation of marketing campaigns via email,

Working for a product is different from working for a project. The desire to surpass oneself and to always do better is all the more.

Project management for our client Gabriel Zenou who wanted to create his brand. G2A Conseils aim to do business accounting advice. After a branding workshop made with the help of Synerg'Hetic, we created for the client a logo, a chart and a presentation board.
