Mathieu in a few words

Diplômé de l'EDHEC et des Gobelins en UX, j’évolue en startup tech depuis des années : j'ai monté ma boite pendant 2 ans et suis UX/UI depuis 2011. J'ai rejoint Brigad (50Partners, 12M€ levés depuis 2016) en tant que Product Designer en 2017 avant d’être promu Head of Product en 2018.

PRODUCT DESIGN PROCESS
Spécialisé dans l’UX/UI Design et le Product Management, je peux leader un projet de bout en bout, des objectifs business à la rédaction des spécifications, en faisant le design.

1. KICK-OFF: Identification de l’objectif business, du Job-to-be-done, et KPIs à atteindre

2. RECHERCHE USER : Compréhension des problématiques users (recherche qualitative et quantitative). Priorisation de ces problématiques.

3. IDEATION : Réflexion sur la résolution des problématiques via le design (workshops etc.) et/ou la tech (étude de faisabilité), en incluant tous les stakeholders pertinents. Identification des solutions, des expérimentations à mener pour les valider (tests users ou petite itération, ou MVP).

4. CONCEPTION : D’abord la structure (userflows, flowcharts), puis les interactions (wireframing pour drafter le parcours user, la hiérarchie de l’information) et enfin le visuel (interface pixel-perfect suivant le Design System et le Branding). Les prototypes deviennent haute fidélité, sont testés et itérés.

5. FOLLOW-UP : Rédaction des specs et de la doc, suivi du développement puis que l’objectif business et le KPI initialement fixés sont atteints.

PRODUCT STRATEGY
Avec mon expérience de Head of Product depuis 2 ans, je me suis par ailleurs spécialisé dans la stratégie et l’organisation Produit.

• STRATÉGIE : Création, pilotage d’une roadmap Produit, avec une vision et des objectifs mesurables via les OKRs

• MANAGEMENT : Recrutement et management d’une équipe Produit de 4 PM, un Designer, un Data Analyst, un UX Researcher

• ORGANISATION : Mise en place d’un Product Process pour faire collaborer Produit, Tech et QA, d’un Design Process pour PMs et Designer
