I've acted as a CMC project manager for two oligonucleotides, one under Phase 2 and another one under Phase 3. I've directly managed a DS CMO based in the US, as well as a DP CMO based in the Netherlands - as we were preparing the Phase 3 supply of one of the Oligonucléotide. I've started managing the feasibility study evaluating the use of a prefilled syringe for commercial instead of the vial used for clinical studies.
