Joined then led a team of five senior engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of JobTeaser's new authentication platform, built from the ground up in Elixir. Oversaw team performance, conducted regular 1:1s, and ensured delivery of high-quality, secure systems. Actively contributed to code, architecture decisions, and incident management.

Worked as a consultant for Kalvad across multiple client projects, initially focusing on frontend development for web applications. Over time, took on greater responsibility by leading internal delivery efforts, coordinating with clients, and shaping technical & product direction.
