SaaS tool to manage and inspect regulated equipment, PPE, etc. It started as a small side project with friends when I was working at Hotjar. I am handling all software development, testing, and ops. Cloudflare/Heroku, React, TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, MUI, Vite

Following a merge with Hotjar parent company, I continued my role in leadership in the frontend platform team, but from 3 to 8 engineers. Our main job was planning and handling the technical merge between multiple different stacks, with different monorepos, some with SPAs, some with multiple micro-frontends, etc. We acted as technical experts helping and guiding product teams in their journey towards merging into a unified application for a unique product following the two companies' merge.

I switched from an individual contributor to a leadership position where I helped two different teams:

• A product team focused on cross app improvements like comments, labels, etc. I had both the technical and people leadership of a team of 4 engineers. I did a lot of mentoring, pushed for cleaner code and better practices, especially in testing. 3 of the 4 engineers were promoted to Senior Software Engineers while under my leadership. I paired a lot with the Product Manager as well.

• A platform team focused on frontend, from local environment tooling to CI/CD to bundling to dependencies to core systems. I had 3 engineers under my leadership, with 2 of them Staff Software Engineers. We handled big migrations (Gitlab to Github with CI/CD) and revamps of some tools. We also maintained the Design System. In both teams I was still contributing to the codebase around 60%‹ of my time.
