Responsibilities : PMO for international project team. Coordination of site Project Managers, responsible for local integration and migration.

Achievements : Corporate Solution successfully rolled out to 11 production plants worldwide.

Project : Digitisation Agentschap voor Binnenlands Bestuur

Responsibilities : Program management, assist department Binnenlands Bestuur with several digitisation projects, implementation of Digital Counter “Mijn Binnenland”.

Technical : Document Management System, Oracle, Managed File Transfer, digital signature

Achievements : Digital Counter “Mijn Binnenland” is at the disposal of all Flemish local- and provincial governments, ready to become the unique digital counter for all data exchange with the Flemish government.
