AKKO café's owner wanted to renovate an old building to create a new coffee shop /grocery shop / limited restaurant service (3 distinct spaces), aiming to mix European and Japanese culture in order to make its customers discover new products and new flavors.

My associate and I have made :

- Researches and presentations to determinate the atmosphere of the cafe

- Propositions in 3D & renderings

- Established a list of suppliers and sent the quotations

To get further the client asked us to work on the brand identity of the café

I am currently working across a wide range of product categories, from home appliances to beauty products, lifestyle goods, and kitchenware. Depending on the project, I contribute at different stages of the design process — from early phases such as market analysis, ideation, and sketching, to later stages involving material, color, and finish (CMF) selection. Some projects involve short design cycles, (design reviews) while others are research and developments. This taught me to be flexible and adapt my work depending on the project.

Creation of a coworking space for the music laboratory of Keio University in Japan.

- Conception of furniture (3D modelling, plans...)

On site :

- Renovation of the room (wall painting, carpet installation...)

- Realisation of furniture (wood cut, assembly, coating...)

- Managing a team of student to help on various tasks

- Contact with suppliers for soundproof curtain installation
