Interventions récentes : ~3 ans en immersion sur les sites miniers de Rio Tinto (Canada, Madagascar, Afrique du Sud) — problem solving structuré, management quotidien, accompagnement des équipes terrain et de l'encadrement. Côté pharma : conception et déploiement d'un système de management visuel à trois niveaux (+QDCI, N1/N2/N3) pour un producteur européen d'API ; déploiement complet et coaching du système de résolution de problèmes chez Sanofi, du terrain au comité de direction.
