At Kahler Communication France (KCF), I reorganized the IT infrastructure to let employees to work more efficiently, and I managed complex web projects for French and international customers and partners. The result of which I am most proud is the development of PCM Hub, a new multilingual web platform for processing personality inventories. KCF owns the worldwide rights to Process Communication Model © (PCM), directly or through its subsidiaries Kahler Communications, Inc., Kahler Communication Europe and Kahler Communication Africa. PCM is a model created by the American psychologist Taibi Kahler in the 1970s, which helps to develop self-knowledge, knowledge of others and to optimize relationships with others.

FashionPartner Group is leader in the transport and logistics of fashion products in the French market. Formerly DHL Fashion France, FashionPartner Group became independent of the DHL group in April, 2013. Since then I have been responsible for the design, direction and implementation of the migration of all IT systems, including networks, fixed and mobile telephony, data centers, mail, PCs and printers' network for all 26 branches and more than 250 users across France. Missions and responsibilities:
