Some key contribitions:
• Custom Actions Enabled our merchants to build and trigger "custom actions" via a simple UI, allowing seamless interaction with external APIs. A templating mechanism would let them compose HTTP requests using all the data available across Gorgias. It was fullstack development, using React on the frontend and Python on the backend. Among other benefits, this contributed to increase revenue by helping attract several large companies to adopt Gorgias.
• Revamped a core product to reduce churn Led the rapid redesign of a major product feature that was underperforming and contributing to customer churn. In a tight timeline, we delivered a revamped React-based solution while simultaneously refactoring legacy code. This not only brought churn close to zero but also let other developers easily build more feature on top of it.
