Recruited in January 2024 as a Media Content Manager intern for the DataGen media company, I quickly moved into a role as the COO's right hand woman, taking charge of the project's media and digital strategy. This experience enabled me to manage the production of over 80 podcast episodes, optimizing every stage from editorial design to distribution on platforms. As part of a fast-growing start-up, I analyzed audience KPIs to refine the media's strategic direction and maximize engagement. My role also involved innovation consultancy, adapting the digital strategy to industry trends, as well as team coordination, with supervision of two editors and training of interns. This immersion in the world of media and data has given me invaluable expertise in audience development, content strategy and digital performance optimization.
