Lead the Solution Delivery group which encompasses ERP, Middleware, BI and Risk Management Platforms across EMEA/APAC locations. The staff comprises Senior Solution Delivery Partners and Solution Architects. Oversee all International implementation activities from study / gap analysis to training, workshops, prototyping, validation, implementation and support. Responsibility of close relationship with the EMEA/APAC Head of IT and senior business stakeholders in Finance, Tech Operations, Commercial, Drug Safety, Medical Affairs. Manage project and departmental budgets including planning, payment monitoring and vendor relations. Manage the career and performance planning for subordinate staff such as Senior Managers, Senior IT Specialists and off shore teams for a total up to 10 persons. Implementation of a Capacity Service Model using a off shore company, allowing a better scalability in the resourcing of technical and functional profiles. Maintain strong, collaborative and collegial relationship with Corporate IT staff in the US and IT Validation. Ensure that projects developed in Europe, or at other International locations, follow corporate guidelines and standards. Member of the Global IT innovation team, promote the usage of MIcrosoft One Note in the EMEA/APAC IT Application Department.
