As the Head of Product at Joe, I'm instrumental in developing our innovative, tech-driven Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) App for the direct-to-consumer market in Europe. With only 15% of European e-commerce platforms currently offering BNPL solutions, our app, including a unique virtual card, allows for seamless 'buy now, pay later' transactions in any store, without complex technical integration.

Joe's journey from a Y-Combinator incubation to being acquired by La Banque Postale reflects our growth and potential. My role focuses on refining our product strategy to ensure an intuitive user experience and meet evolving market needs, continually driving Joe's mission to revolutionize the European BNPL sector.

- Leading a squad of 9 developers and 1 designer

- Creating a self-service onboarding experience for new users

- Creating product-led growth experience
