• making my clients satisfied : for each project I coached a Product Owner from my client's team. My #1 KPI was the satisfaction and NPS of my POs, that I assessed every week. My role is to quickly understand their specific business context, anticipate and solve problems, train & challenge the POs and quickly respond to their feedback.

• making my products rock : I make sure the PO conceive a differentiating product (Market analysis, design thinking, UX workshop etc.), optimize their time-to-market and quickly adapt to feedback from the field to find the product-market fit (with methods mainly inspired from the Lean Startup model)

• leading and helping my design and development teams get better every day. I lead all team meetings. I also am on the field to help my team members i) be autonomous and business-driven (SCRUM methodology) ii) anticipate and solve delivery & quality problems (Lean management inspired from Toyota) and iii) optimize their processes.
