Je suis passionné par la plupart des sujets tech, je ne me sens jamais bloqué, freiné dans l'adoption de nouvelles technologies, je me définis donc comme très polyvalent et capable d'apprendre et de m'adapter rapidement.

Mon profil présente une forte composant architecture et process, j'ai toujours travaillé en Agile, Scrum ou inspiré de Scrum, avec une tendance à la fluidification des process. J'ai approfondi tout au long de ma carrière l'architecture avec un démarrage au plus fort avec un projet en DDD et tendance CQRS, en approche TDD.

De plus, je suis très perméable au métier du projet. J'aime comprendre le besoin, me l'approprier, pouvoir échanger avec les utilisateurs et travailler au plus proche des ambassadeurs du produit.

Je me tiens à la page sur toutes les thématiques du moment : Cloud, IA, IoT, cybersécurité, blockchain car chaque année amène son lot de pépites d'innovation.

I joined WildCodeSchool, a french online school, as a part time instructor. By teaching students to become licensed developers in France (CDA RNCP 37873), I reinforced my communication and pedagogic skills.
IDCapture — CTO — 2013-2020
As a CTO, I implemented appropriate ways of working for the teams to collaborate efficiently together, such as Scrum methodology, Product vision with a clear road map / backlog, Software Factory with SCM/CI/CD, Quality Assurance & Software Craftmanship practices. This experience was a real challenge due to the amount of legacy in this project when I arrived. I enhanced the architecture so the app would both scale and be flexible enough to fit multiple specific customer needs.
