I am a senior bioinformatician, and together with my associates, we bring diverse scientific and technical backgrounds spanning deep expertise in molecular biology, advanced bioinformatics, and AI modeling.

After a decade of experience in both public and private sectors, I and my associates identified a rising demand for advanced omics data analysis. We co-founded Sycomia to leverage our collective expertise and knowledge in supporting complex biological projects.

Working closely with clients, I help develop optimal analysis strategies from initial biological questions and project goals, guiding them through data interpretation and integration to deliver actionable insights.

Led a team of bioinformaticians delivering comprehensive omics analysis services, spanning primary to tertiary data analysis. Spearheaded team development initiatives including HPC infrastructure acquisition and deployment, implementation of modern development practices (Git version control, FAIR data principles, workflow management systems). Established and maintained quality assurance processes for bioinformatics operations, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance in molecular precision medicine applications.
