J’accompagne les propriétaires, investisseurs et groupes hôteliers dans la transformation stratégique et commerciale de leurs actifs : repositionnement, lancement, affiliation, montée en gamme, performance commerciale et création de valeur.

Ancien dirigeant marketing & sales dans l’hôtellerie internationale, j’ai travaillé sur des marques et actifs 4*, 5*, luxe et premium, dans des contextes de repositionnement, d’ouverture, de transformation commerciale et de développement international. J’ai notamment contribué au repositionnement global de Sofitel, à la création de Sofitel Legend et au développement de concepts devenus structurants dans l’expérience client haut de gamme.

J’interviens auprès d’hôtels indépendants, groupes hôteliers, propriétaires, promoteurs ou investisseurs qui souhaitent clarifier leur positionnement, améliorer leur performance commerciale, renforcer leur pricing power, réduire les angles morts entre ambition stratégique et exécution terrain, ou préparer une ouverture / relance d’actif.

Mes missions peuvent prendre la forme d’un audit stratégique court, d’un cadrage de positionnement, d’un accompagnement go-to-market, d’une refonte de l’architecture d’offre, d’un plan de lancement, ou d’une mission plus large de transformation marketing, sales, revenue et expérience client.

Je travaille avec une conviction simple : un hôtel ne crée pas durablement de valeur parce qu’il communique mieux, mais parce que son positionnement, son expérience, ses canaux, ses équipes et son modèle commercial racontent enfin la même histoire.
