En tant que consultant senior en recrutement IT chez Frank Recruitment Group, mon rôle etait d'aider les entreprises à définir leurs besoins en matière de recrutement et à établir une stratégie efficace. Je m'occupais du sourcing des candidats, de la négociation des salaires, de l'accompagnement sur leur prise de poste jusqu'à la fin de leur période d'essai. J'avais également la responsabilité de présenter le suivi de l'activité aux clients et de "recadrer" le client sur l'efficacité du processus de recrutement.
