Responsible for preparing and negotiating the EPC (construction) and O&M (maintenance) contracts for utility-scale solar power plants across diverse European and South-East Asian countries, with a wide variety of service providers and clients profiles. Review of agreements with buyers (PPA) and other permits and authorizations required by the authorities having jurisdiction; assistance with due diligence processes and asset sale negotiations clarifying queries and requests from technical consultants, investors and banks. Strong knowledge of FIDIC silver book with emphasis on the assets performance. I advise project teams on all contractual issues and claims during execution of the projects.

EPC contract negotiation and execution for solar, wind, hydro and biomass power plants in Europe and Africa. Preparation and negotiation of equipment supply & services contracts. Based on a construction site from early works to commissioning of a solar plant in southern Portugal, as main interlocutor with the customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Management of variation orders, amendments and bank guarantees, monitoring of the budget and schedule during construction. I have also handled complex claims and disputes arising from these contracts, from drafting the formal letters to strategic meetings.
