Worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) on new greenfield project worth ~AUD$0.5mil in an Agile team of 5 developers. Coded in Typescript, React, and Node/NestJS primarily on new product scaling the business up to B2E. Architected complex system-design involving webhooks and events-driven architecture via AWS, to build out a full learning accreditation system with portals for learners, managers and admins.

As 2nd most senior dev, handled mentoring, documentation, extensive code refactoring and direction.

Successfully delivered project to client at end of 2025.

Humyn.ai is a AI & ML competitions platform where 1000s of data experts from around the world compete to solve impactful problems from leading companies.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, my job was to lead and assist with all ML and data related aspects of the competitions, working directly with large clients such as BHP, Origin and Orexplore.

My tasks and contributions include:

• Successfully delivered 10 commercial projects with combined value of $335k AUD

• Played a major role throughout the project lifecycle, from preparing large datasets, coding

complex baseline ML models, supervising & answering forum questions, grading, and finally

evaluating and communicating projects’ technical achievements to clients

• Applied technical skills to meet requirements for a myriad of challenges, such as Neural Networks

for 3D Image Segmentation, Computer Vision for mining, and mineral prediction.

• Work alongside domain experts to validate, design and implement E2E ML Ops pipelines to fulfill business needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through data-driven solutions

• Communicate and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Alongside contract work at Humyn, worked several 1-6 month long contracts as a successful freelance software engineer with speciality in AI. Duties ranged from giving expert technical advice to developing sellable MVPs. Main projects includeƒ

· Developed high-end AI chatbot for Advancer.ai in Python & Azure, with subscriptions worth $9.6k each p.a. Coded custom components that extended state-of-the-art AI libraries to purpose

· Built React & Typescript scheduling app for startup MeetChris using GCP, Firebase as cloud.
