About Leo

Craft emotions, not brands.

I started this journey because I fundamentally believe that great brands are much more than logos. At their heart is first and foremost a quest of identity.

For the past years, I've worked with founders and creative leaders to uncover identities and give them permanent form.

A design isn't a logo. It's how people feel when they encounter you. It's the memory that stays after the interaction ends. My work is finding that singular truth beneath your complexity and expressing it with precision.

I've worked for companies like Decathlon, OVHcloud and Valeo, but what matters isn't the name on the door. It's whether the work reveals something true about who they are, it’s whether the work creates exceptional outcomes.

I am also a graduate of Imperial College London (#2 university in the world, #1 in Europe) and was President of the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises in the 2023-2024 mandate (#1 student organisation in Europe for student-led entrepreneurship).

In a past life (2014-2021), I was also a YouTuber and built a community of 30,000+ subscribers with millions of views on topics like design & technology. Those early days taught me how to communicate complex ideas simply, and how craft obsession compounds over time.

Now I work between Paris, London, and Tokyo: three cities that have taught me different truths about permanence. Paris showed me that refinement takes discipline. London taught me that tension creates energy. Tokyo revealed that precision is a form of respect.

I bring all of this to every project: strategic thinking, cultural fluency, and an obsession with making things that last.

If you're building something that matters: a startup finding its voice, a heritage brand modernising, a company at an inflection point, I'd love to talk.

    October 2025 - Today (8 months)

I created Couleur Blanche to formalise what I’d been doing for years: building identities that carry feeling.

The studio is brand-specific by design. Small, focused, uncompromising, so the work can move from insight to form with precision.

We craft systems, not assets: marks that scale to motion, guidelines that behave like operating manuals, launch kits that make teams faster on day one.

The thesis is constant: identity as an operating system that shapes behaviour, not just a logo that decorates it.

  • European Confederation of Junior Enterprises

    July 2023 - July 2024 (1 year)
    Bruxelles, Belgium
Leading a 50-year network across 16 countries and 400+ Junior Enterprises, I treated strategy as a design problem at European scale.

The brief was alignment: a shared story, clear rituals for decisions, and a visual and verbal language that felt coherent from boardroom to local chapter.

With 35,000+ students and ~€20m in annual activity, we reframed the value proposition, codified governance patterns, and built partnerships that made the organisation more legible to the private sector.

It was service design for a movement, identity expressed through how people work together.

  • OVHcloud
    Frontend Developer (Design Systems)
    DIGITAL AND IT
    May 2023 - July 2024 (1 year and 2 months)
    Paris, France
At Europe’s largest cloud provider, I helped evolve the Design System that underpins a complex, multi-product frontend.

We treated components as syntax and tokens as semantics, so 50+ modular web components could read like one language across all OVHcloud solutions.

Accessibility and performance were designed in, not patched later.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with designers and engineers, we turned standards into speed.

Consistency that shipped, and an interface that felt like one company no matter where you entered it.
