Co-fondateur du Festival Château Sonic et entrepreneur culturel, je coordonne des événements depuis maintenant 7 ans en Haute-Savoie et en Suisse.
Passionné par la création et la gestion d'événements, j'ai acquis une expertise dans la coordination de festivals.

J'aime penser en dehors des sentiers battus et explorer différentes perspectives pour trouver des moyens uniques de faire les choses. Également flexible et capable de m'adapter rapidement aux changements de situation et aux imprévus, mon approche est axée sur l'anticipation, et je suis constamment en train de penser à l'avenir pour être prêt à réagir en cas de situation inattendue.

Au cours de ma carrière, j'ai eu l'opportunité de travailler sur de nombreux projets : Baselworld, The Frederique Constant Manufacture Experience, Fever Candlelight, le Festival Hors Pistes (1 édition), l’Abbaye Sonic (3 éditons), mais plus particulièrement sur l'organisation du festival de musiques actuelles Château Sonic, durant 7 éditions, qui rassemble plus de 3’500 personnes et 120 bénévoles sur trois jours tous les étés au mois d’août.

Lors de ces différents événements j’ai pu assurer des missions variées comme :

✅ Assurer la sécurité et l’accessibilité des lieux
✅ Intégrer le volet prévention des risques en milieu festif

✅ Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de communication
✅ Mais aussi d’autres compétences plus spécifiques : gestion billetterie, et rédaction de dossiers de sécurité…

    On site event coordinator for over 20 Candlelight concerts.

    Mission :
    Supervise and oversee the on-site event team, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained for their respective responsibilities.
    This includes tasks such as ticket validation and adherence to Fever policies.
    Manage event operations, which involves controlling and monitoring all equipment used during the event, such as PDAs, computers, and POS systems.
    Additionally, oversee the validation system and devices, using the Fever Partners App. Maintain control over the flow of people throughout the event to prevent congestion and manage queues effectively.
    Address customer complaints on-site, offering suitable solutions within established timeframes while following communication protocols and guidelines.
    Go the extra mile to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
    Present the program of the event in front of the audience and introduce the artists.
    Provide daily reports to Fever Managers, covering both pre and post-event observations, feedback, and on-site incidents. Act as the main point of contact between partners, production teams, on-site staff, and Fever.
    The Onsite Coordinator serves as the onsite representative of the Fever Brand and should possess in-depth knowledge of our culture, brand, and policies.

    Production and Operations Manager
    Under the supervision of the director and in close daily collaboration with the technical team and the heads of each department, the Production and Operations Manager's main mission is to organize and coordinate production, safety, and artist and public reception as part of Brise Glace's activities. In line with the establishment's CSR approach, they incorporate existing eco-friendly practices into their tasks and are responsible for implementing new initiatives.

    Bar and Small Catering:
    Place orders and manage stocks with a focus on quality, diversity, and local sourcing.
    Organize the supply and arrangement of bar areas.
    Ensure sales compliance with alcohol licensing laws.
    Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers.
    Manage cash registers and administrative documents related to operations.
    Oversee eco-friendly initiatives (e.g., reusable cups).

    Artist and Event Reception: Catering, Meals, Accommodation, and Transport:
    Address the needs of performing groups and manage logistics (setup, transportation, meals).
    Negotiate reception conditions to suit the venue.
    Negotiate with suppliers and build lasting relationships with them.
    Communicate with artists and their producers in coordination with the technical team.
    Organize the necessary human resources for the activity (potential production manager, volunteers, etc.).

    Public Safety, Equipment, and Property:
    Monitor venue safety, in coordination with all Marquisats members (collaboration with the RUS mission and the unique safety manager).
    Adhere to technical regulations and conduct regular patrols.
    Keep the safety register and incident log up-to-date.
    Prepare the safety commission.
    Identify equipment/material needs and necessary work to fulfill these duties.
    Follow safety procedures related to the activity (emergency response, protection, etc.).

    Public Reception:
    Implement logistics for each event.
    Ensure comfort and safety.
