After sevral years working as developper, Lead developper, project manager, I felt that there had to another way of working. Being agile appeared to me as a mindset that is meaningful and successful for solving of all kind of problems ( organization, process, sofware conception, human, ...,). Thus I've become an agile coach and a coach.

I've coached professionals being successful in defining their career path, onboarding as a manager, taking decisions, improving and performing (solo or groups).

I've also helped teams to choose the most appropriate agile frameworks, methods and patterns to suit their context.
