• Completed the management and financial audit of the Group’s Russian holding consisting of

three TV production entities with combined revenues of €40 mln. Released an in depth market

analysis. Presented and implemented a business recommendation for the Group to exit the

market due to the country’s economic difficulties, deteriorated geopolitical environment, and

poor corporate transparency from subsidiaries :

• Sold the assets of two companies to the managers (cash in of €3 mln). Merged the holding and

remaining production entity (80% cost cut from restructuring). Repatriated liquid assets.

• • Co-founded the first Russian entity of Banijay (Stéphane Courbit's newly set up multinational television group. Started up operations with a team of five recruited employees and a first yearly budget of €400k.

• • In charge of operations: Sold five TV concepts (including two original in-house creations) and produced the programmes. Placed in Russian TV grids more than 300 hours of branded online poker programmes (including 100 hours of original production branded Pokerstars ).

• • Elaborated and presented annual strategic and financial plans to the Board.

• • Provided advice to Banijay's headquarter for the acquisition of Russian and Ukrainian producers : Searched and selected a local advisor, identified and presented five acquisition opportunities with valuation ranging from €2 mln to €150 mln.
