• - Monitor, Identify and target opportunities globally amongst Web 3 ecosystems : Metaverse / NFT / gaming / fashion etc.

• - Plan, execute global strategy and support regional teams with shared resources, project management tools & methodology

• - Manage and coordinate internal and external resources, creative agencies and contractors, to produce high quality events

• - Lead on site events organization from A to Z, from team management to logistic, user experience, brand visibility, etc. visitors engagement in touch with studios, builders, partners, end users and players ecosystem.

Design and implement local & internal events strategy for HQ Paris Office

• - Plan & execute on site events with Web3 ecosystem to thrive and showcase their content (studios Partners etc)

• - Turn Paris office as an exhibition and Events place : organization, technical A/V, gaming & immersive activities

• - Arrange internal & team building events such as Halloween, end of year party etc.

Design and implement global merchandise strategy to support Events

• - Responsible for event strategy, KPI, and budget with executive/senior management teams. Management of the european events team, (4 people) to implement local events across Europe

• - Vendors and agencies management through RFP process, contracts, negotiation.

• - Project management and coordination of whole event organization and production.

• - Management of goodies and gifts strategy for Europe to engage various target audiences.
