With my varied career history in education, coaching, business development and events, I bring a unique energy to the workplace that is full of drive, ambition and enthusiasm. I thrive on bringing out the best in people, encouraging them to learn and evolve. I am a natural process improver, having done so in many of the organisations I have worked.
I have recently obtained my Professional Scrum Master 1 certification, and am keen to start my career in Scrum, helping organisations become more efficient through applying the techniques and being a motivated and positive force for change.
