Krzysztof Raczynski

In charge of managing Enterprise, Strategic, and Global accounts, my role involves close collaboration with core and specialist teams within VMware to actively promote and champion our array of security solutions. My primary objective revolves around cultivating a reputation as a trusted advisor, dedicating efforts to significantly enhance the businesses of our valued customers by providing tailored and innovative security strategies.

With eight Sales Engineers reporting directly to me, my team was accountable for the development of public, government, and SMB accounts. We offered our customers a distinctive approach to data security, safeguarding assets both on-premises and in the Cloud, regardless of where your data resides.

I oversaw the leadership and coaching of the French team comprising three Regional Sales Engineers, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. The primary focus was on fostering a strong team dynamic, establishing and nurturing relationships with regional sales management, and delivering exceptional measurable outcomes.
