my name is khaled, i have been a network and system administrator for 7 years, i worked in two companies, the first one was in the IT sector i was the network administrator of this company for almost 7 years

then I quit and started a new job at a medical production company as an IT supervisor i handle the IT department by myself (network, system, support, ERP administrator) for one year, then my boss gaves me the title of IT Manager so i recruit an IT supervisor to handle the network and support the users, and i was occupied by IT KPI's, SOP, and Budget

These two companies gave me the experience I needed to hone my skills in the IT field.
