Kathryn Frengs

I'm a strategic communications leader who specializes in working with technology leaders and teams on their internal communication, speechwriting, messaging, organizational change management, and other communications needs. With two decades of experience in supporting leaders and teams, my experience includes working at massive global companies like Google, Apple, Target, and Optum, as well as smaller start-ups and scale-ups in their early to mid-stages.

I recently contracted with the Target technology team to develop the Tech @ Target blog, that tells stories of the incredible and transformational work being done by Target's technologists and their leaders. Other recent experience includes supporting the chief technologists and their teams at several Fortune 50 companies in their team communications, speeches, presentations, and town halls. I enjoy being a trusted partner to those leaders with whom I work, and am open to working with companies and individuals who are looking for coaching, additional support in their communications strategy and execution, or ghostwriting.
