• Led ESG strategy across several multi-million euro equity and fixed income portfolios, acting as the firm's internal subject matter expert across various coverage sectors : Tech & Software, Health, Sports & Wellness, Climate Solutions, European Growth

• Designed and implemented firm-wide sustainability policies end-to-end: from initial diagnostic through to operational rollout, coordinating across portfolio managers, sales teams, and external label entities (SFDR Article 9, Towards Sustainability, Greenfin, ISR). Spearheaded labelling campaigns requiring rigorous documentation, stakeholder alignment, and project management under regulatory constraints

• Served as the public voice of the firm on sustainable investment strategy: roadshows, conferences, and client meetings for both retail and institutional audiences, translating complex ESG frameworks into compelling narratives

• Represented the firm in shareholder engagement coalitions with CAC 40 companies on fair pay practices via the FIR, coordinating with over a dozen corporate counterparts.

• Supported portfolio managers on social impact and human capital strategies within one of Europe's leading sustainability-focused asset managers

• Built & deployed a proprietary investment assessment tool to systematically map human rights risks in global supply chains by sector: end-to-end design including structured research, analytical framework development, and cross-sector benchmarking, managing a project combining both technical rigour and creative problem-solving from scratch

• Represented Sycomore in external ESG coalitions and working groups: FIR, Care Capital, RHSF, developing the ability to operate at the intersection of finance, civil society, and corporate governance.
