Development of a backoffice platform for the administration of the Vimbu product :

- Technical design of the expected features

- Back end development (GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL) with authorization management and test covering

- Front end development (React.js, Apollo)

Development of a water resources management platform managing large amounts of data through different visualization means (charts, maps, tables, ...).

I worked on front-end development (React.js, Redux), back-end development (Scala, Java) as well as on the data (PostgreSQL) and system (administration) layers of the product.

I also led a project to create a mobile application coupled to the product and was able to introduce concepts such as containerization to improve the management of the system.

This very complete experience allowed me to face the problems of technical debt and over engineering which are very common and to think and propose solutions.

I also went further in my thesis which was about data management and access, by proposing organizational and architectural alternatives such as capture data changing or event sourcing which would be interesting tracks for the future of the company.
