- En amont du changement en analysant les processus pour proposer des recommandations,
- Pendant le changement en faisant le lien entre les ressources internes et externes,
- En aval du projet en accompagnant le changement via des actions de communication, formation et coaching.
J'apporte une forte importance à l'aspect humain de la gestion de projets, persuadée qu'il est possible de contenter les différentes parties prenantes grâce à une bonne communication et de la transparence.
