- Building new feature teams and improving products for 2 product areas: B2B (ManoManoPro) and Mobile Apps (B2B and B2C).
- Managing and providing product management assistance to junior and senior product managers to support the discovery and execution of key projects (6 Product Managers in my team part of a Tribe, that represent 50 people in total)
- Work in close collaboration with tech, design, marketing, B2B sales team, sourcing and C-level
Major achievements:
- Set up a product organization for the B2B offer (ManoMano Pro, launched in March 2019) and the Mobile Apps: a new tribe (Accelerate) to support the growth of MM in new strategic fields (B2B and Apps)
- Launch of the B2B Mobile Apps : ManoManoPro Apps iOS/Android (September 2020)
- Launch of the B2C Mobile Apps : ManoManoPro Apps iOS/Android (April 2021)
