At Wendougee, I work as an International Sales Specialist where I focus on expanding our presence in global markets. Thanks to my engineering background, I understand the technical side of our coffee machines, which helps me support customers and distributors effectively.

I often assist clients with troubleshooting and training, making sure they get the best use out of our machines. I’m very familiar with our product line, including models like Sdragon, Ares, Lita, and Milo, so I can explain their features clearly.

Besides sales, I also help create promotional materials and technical content for exhibitions and proposals. I act as a bridge between our technical team and international customers to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients are satisfied.

I also gather market feedback to help improve our products and sales strategies, making sure Wendougee stays competitive and meets customer needs.
