- Define objectives, manage, control and coordonate the activities of three (3) programs in which there are 22 active projects in total,

- Ensure program compliance with quality and rail standards,

- Manage program risks in accordance with the corporate risk management process,

- Apply and ensure the applicability of the corporate governance process,

- Ensure alignment of projects activities and manage dependencies between projects,

- Ensure stakeholder management through the organisation of internal and external steering committee meetings,

- Ensure the alignment of roles and skills of each program team member,

- Ensure the fulfilment of contractual commitments of our suppliers,

- Carry out program arbitrations taking into account its potential programs and projects impacts,

- Ensure the transfer of the technical solution from the design phase to production phase,

- Ensure program and project performance (OTD, OMD, Budget control, resource allocation and availability, scope of engineering activities, definition and alignment of Gate reviews, identification/implementation and/or execution of continuous improvement actions),

- Carry out reporting to the Top management.
