- Ramped up on Google Cloud solutions through a 3-month intensive training (online & instructor-led classes, role-play)
- Rotated through 3 positions (3-month each):
- Technical Solution Engineer (TSE): handled around 80 customer tickets focused on infrastructure, especially on Google Kubernetes Engine and found solutions by inquiring logs, documentation and asking for clarifications. Updated internal playbooks to help other TSE solve similar issues faster.
- Customer Engineer (CE): worked 50-50 in two technical pre-sales teams: one focusing on SMB and the other focusing on Enterprise customers. Worked on various topic: price estimation, technical advocacy, demos
- Technical Account Manager (TAM): developed close ties with our customers to make sure they have the best experience on Google Cloud. Led a security review for a customer to make sure they were following best practices and provided mitigation paths for items that needed improvement.
- Passed 11 Google Cloud certifications (all Google Cloud certifications available at the time) in a year, reaching Top 3 most certified within Google (Top 1 in EMEA)
