As a research engineer at the neuroscience laboratory of the ENS, I am part of the algorithmic team of the start-up NextMind. NextMind is developing a new type of brain-computer interface (BCI) that allows anyone to send direct brain commands to electronic devices. My role is to improve the machine learning algorithms used to decode the electroencephalogram (EEG).

My activities include :

✅ Implementing and testing machine learning and deep learning algorithms to improve system performance

✅ Provide insight and advice on the fundamental nature of the problem to be solved

✅ Use of computer vision techniques to improve the response of the visual cortex

✅ Participate in the development and testing of new functionalities

Gantner asked me to develop a front end interface for their mechanical analysis module that would allow their customers to visualize the real-time spectrum of the mechanical stresses.

✅ Implemented the interface with their API

✅ Developed a web server in Flask to be accessed through a navigator

✅ Implemented the visualizations in JavaScript D3S for performance

✅ Validation of functional specifications on several domains (real time, data, interfaces, tests). Transversal positioning and coordination of several domains.

✅ Main contributor to an RTE data upgrade taskforce. Specification, design, development and testing of a data upgrade program. Supervision of an in-house developer. Avoided a manual upgrade solution.
