Context: The Communication's Directorate of a major French Banking group hired EY to perform its RCSA: o Project management: identification of the experts of each sub entity, workshop management, follow ups & consolidation, presentation to the Head of Communication o Quality controls & crosschecks: checking the rational of each risk/control identified by the sub entities 'experts vs those already identified by the mother entity o Operational management: management of one junior, guidance & sanity checks

Context: the PSP of a large French Banking group hired EY to assist the Internal Control & Compliance department on 3 major topics: o Reporting: Implementing a reporting centralizing the data regarding the recommendations received by the auditors, creating statistics & KPIs to be presented to the Board of directors. o Controls: Performing the controls on the different department of the company as part of the periodic controls/Permanent controls. o TPRM Management: Process implementation for the definition and the assessment of an outsourcing service provider, outsourcing list management

Following the EBA guidelines, a Major French Bank has initiated TPRM project with EY to perform an assessment of its Critical outsourcing vendors/suppliers. o Project management: implementation of new process regarding the management and monitoring of third parties 'requests and reporting, daily calls, workshop, Steering committees' preparation and participation. o Quality controls: checking questionnaires filled by the third parties as well as screenings made by other teams. o Operational management: management of two juniors in the processing of third parties 'requests.
