Product Owner of the JADE Platform, composed by 10 products related to Electronic Documents Management.
My targets are to :
Increase the number of users on each JADE Products
Reduce the error rate, especially the internal error rate
Reduce the time and the number of meetings needed to onboard new users

Increase the number of users on each JADE Products

By following the Program Vision and defining the relevant Product Goals and Sprint Goals to reach, I work to make the usage of JADE products an evidence for Allianz Trade Business Applications and hence to increase the number of users from 14, all products included, before I joined the team, to 25 now.

Reduce the error rate, especially the internal error rate

By prioritizing feature such as detailed monitoring and providers resiliency, I helped the team to reduce its "run" workload, to be aware of the issues, hence to design the relevant solutions to reduce this workload. Our "error rate" was reduced from 1% before I joined the team, to 0,4% now, and our "internal error rate", was reduced from 0,1% to 0,01%.

Reduce the time and the number of meetings needed to onboard new users

By improving the documentation and by creating a public postman workspace with automated collections, I helped to reduce the number of meetings needed to onboard a new user from 5-6, before I joined the team, to 3, and to reduce time to onboard a new user from monthes to 1 week (to space the meetings).

Other than those "PO targets", I also helped the team to improve its performances by :
introducing the Tests Driven Development, with tests collections in postman
introducing Examples Maps and "Tres Amigos" workshops
challenging the team to move from a "1 ticket per developper" silos to an "output and/or outcome to reach as a team" focus
