I teach in parallel Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, whereas the transmission of the knowledge gathered by my various trainings make sense to me, as the mission of an interpreter : share it with the world is precious.

Also, on our professions that rimes often too much with sedentariness, it provides a good balance between body and brain, promotes mental and physical health, and leads us in a path of respect towards ourselves and each other.
