• 2019, PMO for GEODIS’ E-Logistics Solutions (Omni channel); defined and wrote the Editors & Integrators RFP for a new OMS (Order Management System) incl.: Technical, Functional & Financial requirements (OPEX & CAPEX). Analyzed Editors / Integrators’ responses. E-Commerce Process Layout & Design for the OMS-WMS-TMS integrations in North America, Europe & Asia. (Based in France, reporting to Global Head of Innovation & Corporate IT-COMEX).

• 2018, Senior Business Analyst for MICHELIN, Process Lead on Order to Cash for North America. Transversal Team integration & Test Cases Leader for Order Delivery Developments.
