- WazoHead of People & CultureJune 2021 - October 2022 (1 year and 4 months)As a consultant, I joined Wazo , a UCaaS start-up based in Canada and France, after a seeds fundraising in June 2021, to be part of the executive team and help the organization to create their new People & Culture function. 1. I acted as a strategic and tactical leader, (from HR strategy and P&L to the creation of new HR processes) developing roadmaps and executing on all people and culture related initiatives ; I streamlined the entire portfolio of HR processes. 2. I launched and completed a strategic hiring plan in North America, in order to establish the operation of the company in the USA (including hiring of a VP of Sales and VP of Product). 3. I Managed successfully the HR due diligence for a new VC funding round that was successfully concluded in September 2022.
- Red Hat Asia PacificAPAC Strategic Regional HR Business Partner LeadMarch 2018 - February 2020 (1 year and 11 months)SingaporeI worked at Red Hat Asia Pacific focusing on elevating the HR function in the region to become more strategic and on improving cross-functional collaboration with our headquarters COEs (based in the US) and our Global Delivery People Teams. 1. As a APAC Strategic HR Business Partner, my main focus was to solve business problems. I initiated and delivered in a 2 years timeframe a complete portfolio of strategic HR programs that drove a decrease in attrition by 50% on an APAC scope covering 850 HC with 20% YoY growth (please read some of the recommendations I got from my senior executive customers :-) 2. I created from scratch a new governance model and launched a One Team approach that created a better common understanding and alignment of the HR teams based in APAC and EMEA. 2. I became a member of the People Team M&A global swat group and contributed to due diligences, in order to assess compliance & culture risks, driving the company to some go but also nogo on some future acquisition decision process. 3. I facilitated the newly created Global Delivery Connection, aiming to align all delivery functions worldwide and to raise the voice of the Delivery function among the Global People Team.
