Revenue Manager avec une expérience terrain sur un portefeuille de 8 hôtels en France, Espagne et Suisse, j'interviens en freelance pour aider les établissements à maximiser leur RevPAR et structurer leur stratégie tarifaire.

Mon parcours en environnement Cluster m'a permis de développer une approche globale du revenue management : pilotage des prix en temps réel, optimisation du mix de distribution, gestion des groupes et reporting de performance.
