About Jacob

As a French-Polish cultural mix (100%-100%), I appreciate living in Brussels, where everyday I feel boosted by this international context. I'm happy when I can communicate with people from other cultures, then I can not only practice Dutch, German, English but also understand slightly better people I meet.

My role is also to provide for my clients (=you) a customized solution for their needs in talents, which can be found internally or externally, through a complete recruiting process or by selecting talents internally through assesments and mobility. No non-sens, an authentic trustful relationship - sometimes by saying unconfortable truth-, that's how I try to act with my clients.

I also tend to support my coachees and develop their skills in career development and outplacement, where my role is to provide an adequate help in their active search of a new opportunity, through workshops, individual and collective coachings. What makes me proud? When they are soooo thankful for supporting them growing just a bit, while in fact they have done the biggest of the job :).
