Co-founded and built from scratch an AI-powered visual quality control platform for manufacturing production lines.

Led the technical development of: high-performance computer vision pipelines processing live camera feeds for real-time defect detection (24/7 operation, low-latency inference), automated AI inference layer running on the edge next to the cameras and syncing with cloud or on-prem servers, automated quality control workflows that flag and reject defective products without human intervention, real-time KPI dashboard (productivity, scrap rate, throughput) used on the shop floor, and architecture that scales from 1 to 100+ production lines per customer.

Management of material supply requests, waste management requests, HR management, internal communication, and a community-facing application to follow construction sites in the neighborhood.
