Our team was mandated to take over a digital transformation program. Its purpose was to transform the infrastructure of the company and evolved to new technologies. I am currently leading two Workplace projects. Mission: As a project manager, my role is to: • Estimate the target achievements and the project performance • Coordinate the project steps : planification, execution, follow-up • Guarantee the cost control and the deadline for the project • Supervise the project activities with the Agile methodology • Estimate and manage the risks and opportunities • Lead meetings with project team (project committee) • Guarantee the conception of the deliverables (business needs, RACI, project slides) • Presentation of PowerPoint slides with report meetings • Guarantee the monitoring to the client • Manage the operational/support team • Guarantee a recovery of the activity by the operational team • Stimulate the different teams Results: • Take over the program • Projects with big impact for the enterprise Environment: • Server infrastructure • SharePoint (Box) • Windows 10 • Office 365

Presentation of the HP Device Connect solution, which monitoring the printer center of the client. Mission: • Pre-sales support: o Answer to the clients / partners questions on the functioning of the solution o Explain and guide the client / partner on the technical aspect of the solution o By presentation, meeting or call to the partners • After-sales support: o Guarantee the best support for the client on the installation realized by the partners or the technical consultant • Supervision of the installation: Checking of the solution (installation and configuration) on the new won contract • Follow a process for the support and escalate the issue in the right direction • Writing functional documentation and process concerning the support • Communication and training to the client / partner • Follow all the installations realized by the partner (More than 50 installations by partner) Environment: • Servers/Laptop (Check the prerequisite) • Windows 2003/2008/2012 – 7/8/10 • Thin Client Results: • More than 250 installations for all partners • Meeting every week with the partners • Development of the HP Device Connect solution
