Assist the GO team (France, Benelux, Maghreb) in developing local sales with the D&B members network. Responsible for answering, coordinating and following up on global opportunities between the D&B network and Altares' group. Take charge of promoting the local capabilities among the D&B network, providing sales reporting and insight. I work with different departments of the company and the D&B worldwide network.

Assist in faculty & staff hiring from arranging skype to on-site interviews to making the final offers and contracts. Assist in annual performance appraisals, maintain data files, organize trainings for staff and faculty. Assist in annual increment letter issuance, maintain leave record of faculty & staff, maintain salary record of visiting faculty.

Compiling financial and statistical information i.e budget spreadsheets, maintaining data for print & digital media, managing company's social media accounts facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. Designing social media posts, brochures, banners, standees, invitations by Photoshop, develop and review content for publications, including newsletters, brochures, flyers etc.
