Quill is the global leader in multi-language content production for ecommerce. Quill - now JellyFish (since January 2021) - specialises in Performance Content: the critical pre-purchase information that directly drives ecommerce revenues - such as product and category descriptions, Amazon A+ content, buying guides, hotel reviews and destination guides. As a Production Manager, the day-to-day ownership of production for client projects was my responisbility. My daily tasks included:

- plan and manage the production of content: following production processes, creating detailed production schedules, content creation workflow

-Freelancer Management : recruiting, negotiating rate, scheduling their training, Managing monthly freelancer payments

- Project Delivery : keep a constant eye on production, prepare outputs

Stilog I.S.T. is a global software publishing company. Established in 1996, the company published its first software solution Visual Planning. Dedicated to planning management, Visual Planning was developed to be a user-friendly interactive application. As a Marketing Manager, I ran the full marketing channel mix (social media, digital, content, advertising, print, event) overseeing budget, managing a small team and a network of contractors across France and the USA.

- Implemented and co-ordinated new marketing and communication functions: content, social media, print

- Created content every week: blog, newsletters, social media, website pages

- Increased engagement on Twitter and LinkedIn
