I've always been interested to work on topics with a direct impact on the strategy of the business:
- As PROJECT DIRECTOR from 2021, offering an independent support to clients for the delivery of their industrial investments.
- As GROUP INTERNAL AUDITOR between 2016 and 2021, providing an independent and objective assessment on different activities.
- As BUSINESS CONTROLLER from 2014, for two years, analysing the financial impact and giving recommendations to improve the efficiency of the operations.
- As RESPONSIBLE OF THE INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM of the Air Liquide French Subsidiary between 2011 and 2014 (fixing objectives and following priorities and KPIs).
Even when working on the long term strategy aspects, I like to work on PROJECT MODE where there are Gates on expected deliverables so the expectations can be compared with the reality. This is probably the best competencies I developed between 2001 and 2006 as Supervisor and Construction Site Manager, and as well between 2008 and 2011 as Major Turnaround Planner.
I've spent almost all my youthness in Spain and my entire labor career on a MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT :
- With the Corporate Direction in Paris, during my first 5 years I moved from one country to another almost every year, from South Africa to South Korea, through Austria.
- During my period of Standard and Capitalization Manager in Paris I was the facilitator of the Worldwide System Management to consolidate it with the other Engineering Centers (US, China, India and Japan).
- As Major Maintenance Planner, I worked mainly with the Italian and Iberian subsidiaries, with special missions in Russia and Brazil.
- Between 2015 and 2016 with the EMBA in the English format with mates of all over the world.
- And nowadays, as part of the Group Internal Audit Team with main missions in Europe, Asia and US.
