Diplômé de l’EM Lyon, j’ai acquis une solide expertise en finance d’entreprise, en fusions & acquisitions et en capital-investissement à travers plusieurs expériences en banque d’affaires (DC Advisory) et en fonds de private equity (Blackfin Capital Partners).

J’accompagne les entreprises et fonds d’investissement dans leurs opérations stratégiques : analyse financière, valorisation (DCF, comparables, transactions précédentes), modélisation, due diligence et production de documents marketing (teasers, IM, pitch books). J’ai travaillé sur des transactions complexes du small, mid et large-cap dans des secteurs variés : énergies renouvelables, santé, agroalimentaire, infrastructure et services B2B.

• Providing strategic and financial advisory to corporate clients and private equity funds, ensuring tailored solutions for both strategic acquisitions and exits
• Performing detailed financial valuations using comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, DCF and SOTP to accurately assess target companies' intrinsic and market value
